Affordable Way to Relaim a Lawn

A client wanted an affordable way to reclaim their lawn without bringing in loads of topsoil and/or sod. We aerated the lawn, seeded, fertilized and top dressed with compost using a compost spreader and reseeded again and used penn mulch as a binder.
